Should i frag this rtn'ed piece

Not too choked about this, picked up a couple acros yesterday and the dude gave me this one for pretty cheap, noticed there was a little dead spot on it and the next day it was rtned. Its no bigger than an inch so im wondering if its worth fragging the rest left

5 nitrate
0.03 phosphate
Roughly 1370 magnesium (bringing this up to 1430)
