Id just like to say as a normal LFS buyer and being my first online ordering experience, you guys made a believer out of me. Great product. Great customer service. I had a shipping delay due to FedEx holding at one of their hubs too long. Immediately I panicked as I had never done an online order before. Chris and the team at wwc were there to ease my mind and assure me my order would be satisfactory. Well, in my eyes it was stellar. Everything opening up and happy as if there were no delay. I attribute that to their excellent packing. Everything was safely wrapped and the heat pack was still warm. Felt like you guys were there with me anticipating the delivery. Thanks again to your great customer service and packing team. Salute! You've earned my business in the near future as well. As we know, tax season coming so I expect to get a chunk of my needs from y'all.
