Just a shout out to Aquatic Life for their excellent customer service!
They sent me some spare parts for the RO Buddie a few times in the past which I was very grateful for. Recently I inquired about the weight the hybrid can handle and without hesitation I was asked for my address to be sent another set of hanging cables to ease my mind. Awesome customer service, whenever I need particular items AL carries I will be back!!
