Excellent customer service from ReefBreeders. I had an issue with my Photon V2 after saltwater mist got into the fixture, and instead of just telling me to replace parts, they took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem.


Logan and Liam were extremely responsive, asked for detailed photos, reviewed the situation, and helped me narrow down what needed to be replaced. I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need.


Hands down some of the best customer service and response times I’ve experienced from a company. ReefBreeders has definitely earned a lifetime customer.
