I think those should be perfectly fine. I actually ripped all of mine out... my old mounting was just a quick temporary solution. On my new setup, I did rear mounted hinges.

I sealed off the hole in the back going to the sump. I'm hoping that will keep any moisture out of the cabinet. If I start to notice any rust on anything then I will move it all to a separate cabinet. I have all of the power bricks laid out on the top shelf.

Where did you source the different color dosing tubing from? Looks like tygon from the RC hobby maybe?

It's the skimz silicone tubing. It is the best tubing I've ever used. So flexible and doesn't kink. It feels rubbery.

This was the setups on my Reefer 250.
I have a Waterbox 7226 now and unfortunately the space was much less. So the cabinet is not near as pretty but it is functional.

I bought them about 3 years ago off of Walmart.com believe it or not. They were $80 a piece. Super steady.
