Broadfield, i HAVE A quick question for you on your build! What kind of Hinges and the size did you use on your Apex control panel? The ones I am looking are these. What are your thoughts>?

I think those should be perfectly fine. I actually ripped all of mine out... my old mounting was just a quick temporary solution. On my new setup, I did rear mounted hinges.

Not done adding everything yet but mounted most of the apex stuff...inside Reefer 450

I have mine currently setup inside my stand on a board. Loose wiring and all. Had it protected by a piece of plexiglass. As of this writing I'm having a cabinet made that will sit besides the tank with a glass front

You guys motivated me to get all my gear organized! Hopefully I'll wrap up this week!

Is this the IKEA besta cabinet? I ordered one and it came with no hardware at all after emailing them four times and being on hold for over fours ( two hours each and hung up) I gave and threw it out
Then after first contacting them three weeks later I get a reply and telling me to resubmit and list every part I was missing nope

Thanks, it took a bit of work but it was worth it. Total cost was about 40 bucks.
