Have had him for a few months. He's about 3 1/4 inches. Still eating only gut loaded ghost shrimp, but at least freshly killed ghost shrimp. Still in the process of trying to get him on frozen. Occasionally ill throw in a small damsel for him to have, just he can get the nutrients he needs that he otherwise wouldnt get from ghost shrimp.

How big of fish do they eat? I will have some fish about 3 inches in size. Too small to house with these guys? I have thought of one on and off for years. Had a leaf fish in his own tank I loved till he carpet surfed because I was dealing with kids and left his lid open.

I think it is a baby but I am not entirely sure.

As for getting them to eat frozen check out this thread.

Feeding video. The first minute and a half I am getting the shrimp so the inpatient can skip to 1:30 mark. At 2:03 you can see him grab one. He took down 3 shrimp so I pulled the rest out to prevent over eating. I guess I was expecting to much for him to ration his food.

Run shrimp run! It's a trap! There's no laundry in there!

This is why I've never kept my anglers in anything but a single specimen tank.

If I were to buy one online, I would only get it from Divers Den. There they are at least feeding it live ghost shrimp before they are sold, and they are actually eating. Many times the anglers will not have eaten, maybe even since they had been collected; and will never eat. A reputable source is very important for the survival of these guys.
