Pictures always end up bluer than the tank actually looks. I run it at around 12K.
This is a really unusual looking tank, it's so flowy and kind of otherworldly. I'm smitten! Something about it reminds me of deep space, galaxies and nebulas. I love this!!!

This is my LPS dominant 120 gallon.
My PO is constant at 1.0 and nitrate usually is between 25-40 but the rock is 30 or so years old. The system is overstocked and overfed but I’m happy with it.

This looks really nice! How do you keep this colony under control? Like how do you frag these corals and keep them where they should be?

This tank is gorgeous! Love the Coris and the desjardini! I was initially planning get making an lps dominated tank but then I got into some problems with euphyllias so I’m moving away from those for now, I’ll getting mostly into softies, with some meaty corals as well as few sps like montis

Yeah I teach Marine Science environmental science and planetary science in that room. I'm right in the middle of my summer class where I take the kids on a field trip everyday for 3 weeks. We've been fishing, snorkeling, visiting the University of Miami Rosenstiel School and experimental fish hatchery, glass bottom boat tour out of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, shark tagging with the University of Miami, a dolphin swim and more..... the class is amazing! The kids and I have a blast.
