May 20, 2024 I got this Blonde Naso that is about 2.5 inches. Now at about 5 inches the colors seem to start to come in.

I wonder if they are like the yellow Tang to Sex. If the Yellow has a white " mark : at start of tail like yours has two yellow ones it means its Female or so I read don't know if that applies to yours or not

I love the color of it! It does have a unique look to it not having the yellow tail!

white line on a yellow is normal and does not determine sex of fish. On naso, often males with have streamers off their tails but also not a guarantee that its male

Hybrid Achilles, beauty. I have a hybrid powder blue tang that is in quarantine. Coming up on second round of Prazi. I've had it since January 3rd and it completed copper.

It's going to be my first tang. I know it should probably be last, but you don't see hybrids sold frequently so I jumped on it when I saw it.

Hard to get a good pic, it is always on the move. This is right when I got it, it was a little skinny, but it's fattened up a lot in the last month and a half.

I’m a big fan of these too. My friend @Fishyfish22 had a robust 4”+ PB hybrid in their 300 gal. He’s absolutely gorgeous. Some hybrids are so-so, but, I don’t feel like either of these are gilding the Lily - unlike the yurple.

Good to hear he’s putting on mass. Once he makes it through your QT regime he should be solid. I hope you get to enjoy him for a good long time.

Will post pics later tonight. . . . I just added tang #27 with is an adult Bristletooth tang and was purchased from Mike @NYAquatic and arrived early, was beautifully packed and sufficient heat packs as we are at near zero degrees and he had it shipped to work, so it did not sit outside.

Many of my tangs come from him and another Kudos for great prices and fish

I love tangs - always had them in the span of 30+ years. In fact, I used yellow & purple tangs ($14.95/ea) to start the cycle! ;)
