Gotcha. I thought that was it's normal color. I've never seen mine change color like some fish do.That's what it looks like normally. If you look at yours, you can see the same horizontal lines. Like I said, it flared up for the new Tang and even the yellow tail turned dark. It looked so different, and that's why I took the quick picture

Never seen a fowleri with that coloration. Aberrant?@LaloJ - He’s indeed a larger fowleri tang.

You can keep any tang as long as you qurantine.I love tangs I was looking for some when my tank is done for fallow not as the first fish though. I 100% want a fowleri tang and dussemeri before anyone asks these will be going in a 180 however before they get large will be going into a 800 gallon soon. I was wondering what other tangs would you guys recommend?
