I wonder if nice torches like these are going to be harder to come by now that the indo ban is in full effect ...I am especially worried about the availability of wall torches seeing as they are hard / impossible to propagate and I prefer them.

you know I was wondering the same.... I am not sure how I feel about the indo ban on one hand I thing its a good thing but on the other I hate it...so hopefully they can find a middle ground where we still can get indo species but ecologically and sustainable. hopefully that is on the table.
on a side not I did get my 1st wall torch I believe anything I need to know about its care??

Just be extra vigilant about it's care, if it gets sick the whole wall dies most of the time. To compound this, they grow very slowly so growing them out is truly a marathon.

While I seem to be one of the few people who have successfully saved a wall torch from bacterial disease with chloramphenicol, I am in no way an expert.

I have about 8 months in this hobby! :)

I believe mine is a black torch. It is definitely much darker when it’s not fully extended. Totally got photo bombed by my clowns trying to get a pict.
