Those containers are pretty interesting. May we ask where you acquired them from? oh:

They are usually for sale on Craigslist. Food grade 275g containers. Just make sure you know what they contained.

RODI in top container, gravity fed via ball valve to bottom when I want to mix. Pump mixes salt in bottom container until it is ready, then close the lower right ball valve, open the upper left valve, and the same pump pushes water to display. The lower container also has a power head and heater to maintain temperature and circulation when saltwater is mixed, but not used right away. What you can’t see is another valve for the RODI I use to fill my fresh water reservoir at the sump. The clear pipes on the side are merely to allow me to see how much is in each container.

The only thing that would make it perfect is if I could run permanent lines to the display instead have having to use a hose. But I’m on a slab and didn’t want to try to go through the ceiling.
