I have always been a Mustang guy but that is a beautiful Camaro.

2.5l Ford? Stroker?

Nope. Just a 2.5 with aftermarket rods, turbo pistons, custom ground cams, 1000cc/min injectors and a garret turbo controlled by a innovative boost controller and a crazy involved ECU tune. Daily driving at 12 pounds of boost and 250hp. Auto-x, track days or to blow off the local muscle car and at the touch of a button, 18 pounds of boost and 450hp.

No I think I will leave them alone. Too much work to remove the grill. Thanks for the like!

2001 455hp 1st 6spd I've had, not the easiest way to learn how to drive a stick

What were the 2.5 liters out of? I thought all the car motors were 2.3s? Truck motor?

I believe it was out of a Ford Focus??? It's an older Ford DuraTec (sp?) not the EcoBoost version. Mazda uses the Ford 2.5 block in the Mazda 3 and I think in the Mazda 6 as well. That's why the Miata 2.0L parts fit it. They were made for it. I just stopped at the mechanic's garage today and the car is going on the dyno for an updated tune.
