I have a small aiptasia problem and I want to introduce a peppermint shrimp. I already own a coral banded shrimp and I am wondering if they will fight. I have a 6-foot tank and it is 1 foot wide, there's enough space for them to stay at opposite ends. I also want a cleaner shrimp so it can clean my fish. Can I add more shrimp or my coral banded will kill them

I have read that the coral banded will go after the others. I am interested to hear what others have to say though as I also own a cbs.

I had a coral banded (died a while ago) and added peppermint shrimp and had no problems. I never saw the coral banded even chase the peppermint shrimp. The peps hung out upside down under the rocks, and the coral banded did his thing. So from my experience, I would not hesitate to put those 2 together again.
