Most likely Coralliocarisnudirostris, though it's hard to find good pics to compare with. The best one I've found so far (specimen A in the figure in the link below):

One of the coolest genera of shrimp - they're known as "Machine Gun Shrimp" because they have two snapping claws vs. the typical pistol shrimp's one (both are smaller on these though).
Edit: *To clarify, only some of the members of the genus have the snapping claws, others (sadly) don't. I'm not sure if this species has them or not.
