I have this maricultured acro colony in qt and noticed this small shrimp. Anyone have info or id on it?

Very cool! Don't have an ID for you, but it looks like the suddenly narrowing tail is common to several species of acropora-commensal shrimp.

Most likely Coralliocaris nudirostris, though it's hard to find good pics to compare with. The best one I've found so far (specimen A in the figure in the link below):
One of the coolest genera of shrimp - they're known as "Machine Gun Shrimp" because they have two snapping claws vs. the typical pistol shrimp's one (both are smaller on these though).

Edit: *To clarify, only some of the members of the genus have the snapping claws, others (sadly) don't. I'm not sure if this species has them or not.
