Shrimp looking creature found in my frogspawn coral

I found this funny looking, shrimp like creature inside one of my frogspawns, it was no more than 0.03 inch, does anyone know what they are? and are they harmful to corals and fish?

Agreed, it looks like an amphipod. Not harmful to anything, a great food source for fish.
