Sicce SDC IOTA firmware upgrade

Anyone got experience lately with requesting Sicce SDC firmware upgrade?
I followed the Apex IOTA Sicce instructions and it turns out my Sicce firmware needs an update. The Apex manual states to contact Sicce by email and request the update. I did this with no response. I also tried their european support email. Also no reply.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I contacted them and they never responded but they did push the firmware within a day. Have you tried setting up iota again since emailing them?

Same experience. Picked up two Xstream SDC's, have another 2 on the way... and can't get Sicce to update the ones I have in the tank already.

I contacted Sicce about issues I experienced with Syncra pumps and never got a response. I sent a follow up after a couple of weeks and still did not get a response back. The lack of response was disappointing and has led me to no longer purchase thier products.

Hey bud sorry to hear about the non response. I wanted to let you know this is NOT normal we are doing some major updating and software enhancement to our customer support platform and unfortunately there was a some unforeseen interference with the system recently while we continue the upgrade. Man that is rough and I too would be upset. Did you just email? or did you attempt another means of communication ? either way it is tough for multiple reasons which is why I have jumped on here and am looking to answer folks directly. There is Italy and there is US. Sometimes folks contact the wrong region etc no fault to their own. But I run all social media and respond to pretty much everything that comes into the inbox. Sometimes the spam isn't found right away not sure why instagram and Facebook does that LOL. Either way I am here to help and would love to have a crack at showing how we really are when it comes to communication. any who here is my personal email. let me know if I can help. do not friet ...... we can be reached but as discussed we are updating our system it did not effect everyone but there were some where the emails did not get received. I am leaving my email directly to help you. [email protected].

Would love to help and get you on track to running those XStream SDC wave pumps.

I made contact via the website and got a confirmation of the contact from [email protected]. I responded back to that email asking for the follow up since I had not heard back. I forwarded you that email chain.

I still haven't received any response or upgrade. Sent another email 3 days ago. No response.

Latest update on this; I submitted the request via Sicce website support form and in only a few minutes received a response that the update has been done. So if you're having no luck getting through like me, try the website.

I'm so happy to be able to free a port on my Apex power bar now.
