Sicce Syncra SDC Pump battery backup solutions?

Anyone come up with a battery backup solution for the Sicce SDC 9 pump?

Not yet, but I was thinking of the EGO system that lets you run the lithium battery packs for extended power (more for emergencies than a permanent standby solution).

I think there are less expensive options that could do the same job like these: https://us.ecoflow.com/products/river-pro-portable-power-station which I think would provide about 6 hours power to an SDC 9 and automatically activate on a power failure. Still pricey.

Just be aware that Lithium, NiCad, and other Solid Cell, non-acid Batteries can fail, from not being exercised. They can fail without warning, even after testing. Years ago it was the greatest thing to install NiCad batteries on Computer room UPS, and for generator starting. They would pass repeated SwitchIng test, and the Generators would pass a more severe over-crank test, than the Lead-Aci, only to fail on the next power outage!
