All my water perimeters are good he was under a rock I flipped the rock so he could maximize the light. I also fed him a scallop.. I bought him when he was bleach white he started to turn that bronze color last week.(which I thought was good).

Coloring up is a good thing.

Need more info...

What size tank?
What lights?
How long has the tank been set up?
What are your parameters --- sorry but, "good" doesn't tell me much.

Ph 8 ,Ammonia 0 ,nitrite 0 , nitrate 0. Phos. .25 salinity 1.022... System has been set up for 6 months, I used the water from a system though that has been set up for 6 yrs... My lights are a 48 inch corallife pro with dual actinic and with two halides.. I was trying not to run my halides because I do not have corals in yet... This a a 72 gal. Tank about 22 inches deep.. Here is a pic today he looks good now what would cause him to shrivel up like he did.. It looked like the tentacles were flat..

It could have just been expelling waste.

Your phosphates are high -- are you using RO/DI water for water changes? If so, what is the TDS?

Your SG is low, should be 1.026.
