Sick anemone

Ive had this Condy anemone for a week and a half and it looks to be loosing its zooxanthellae and it’s very limp. Water parameters are good and the tank has been setup for a while. The anemone eats great and it’s foot is healthy. I’m worried it’s bleached. Any suggestions... also sorry I couldn’t include pics the website is doing something weird.
