Howdy fellas! I got a trio of dwarf angels that went through QT. A flame, Flameback pygmy and coral beauty. All were eating strong. When I added them to my display, after a couple of hours, the flame and pygmy were swimming ablut but obviously a little shy. Now they come up to greet me. The beauty however has been hidding in the same spot since day 1. Ive seen zero aggression and he looks like he picks at food? That being said, his behavior is not looking good to me and he almost looks swollen? Any ideas just from this video?

Its a Google link. Darn. Is it not showing up for people? I can see it on mine and if I click it, it takes me to the video which plays.

For some reason it still won’t work on my computer but does on my phone, how large is the tank and is there any aggression between your flame angel and the coral beauty? @Jay Hemdal and @vetteguy53081 can provide way better advice as far as disease, hopefully one of them will see this

Its the redsea 1000 7 footer. None that I've seen whatsoever. Atleast none during the daytime.

I could view the video, but the details were tough to see clearly. By the way the fish is "finning", it seems to have a buoyancy issue, I can't tell for certain, but it also seems to have some bloating. Swollen abdomens can be caused by a variety of issues, but combined with positive buoyancy, it could be excess gas - either in the gut or with the swim bladder. The gut issues can be constipation, along with bacterial disease that produces gas in the gut. The swim bladder issue can come from bacterial disease that causes the fish to not be able to regulate the gas volume in the swim bladder properly. Both of these issues are difficult to treat.

What was your quarantine protocol, and how long have you had the coral beauty?

Here is a post I made of some of the causes for abdominal swelling:

He is super swollen. Might be dropsy, more than likely. Since he never came out of the cave, I didn't see it or I'd have tried to treat it earlier. At this point, if it is dropsy, the internal organs are probably damaged beyond repair and I would be shocked if he survived the night unfortunately.
