I have no clue what is going on with him. This morning noticed reddish/pinkish spot on the white ring by eyes and now notice he has white stuff on him. Please help. Thank you

It looks like Brooklynella - which can be treated with a formalin based product. There may be Ich spots - can you give any other information/symptoms/any medications you have used for treatment?

Was going to suggest brooklynella as well based on past images I've seen. Might be worth posting a short video if possible as it may help separate camera quirks (glare, etc) from the discoloration that's actually present.

That's either Uronema or a bacterial infection. Treating with Kanaplex + Metroplex + Furan-2 in a QT would cover both.
I'm going to suggest 2 things. It's not uronema, and kanaplex, and metroplex and furan-2 in a hospital tank would not take care of uronema if it was. If a bacterial infection - only kanaplex would be needed - IMHO

That front pink fade looks very similar as to what one of my clowns had before it got worse as the picture provided. Hopefully it’s not it anyways. Lost my fish to it.

I would get this treated tho asap… cuz it will lead to death if not treated soon enough. When treating it, as bad as it was in the picture it was far too late.

The problem with uronema is that there is no good treatment once it's started.

This does look like ich, not uronema which is an oval ciliated protozoan and fish does not appear to be struggle swimming in pics which is associated with brook
Is fish still eating and is it breathing normal or labored?

Agree - I see some spots - but its difficult for me - to try to differentiate early stages - - I do not think its uronema

Welcome to Reef2Reef,

That looks like Brooklynella to me. If you could post a video, I might be more certain.

What other fish and animals are in with it?
Treating Brooklynella is difficult without using formalin, and that is hard to find.

Jay
