Sick Clownfish!

We just got our 2 clownfish Saturday and they both were swimming around Saturday and Sunday and eating but today our slightly larger clown fish Fin Diesel started laying in the bottom corner like he cant move. He will lay on his side for a few seconds. What can I do to help him? We have tested the water twice today and everything reads normal. Ammonia: 0, nitrite: 0, nitrate: 10-15, salinity: 1.026, ph: 8, temp: 78.2
