Rally is a good antiseptic, but not sure how acriflavine (active ingredient) works with ammonia burns.In this case, I'm not sure that Ruby Reef - Rally, I assume? - isn't going to do what you need done.

Add a powerhead. I know it seems like an airstone with all those bubbles looks like it is adding lots of O2 but it is a small amount compared to what a powerhead can produce/create when aimed up toward the surface so it's actively rippling the water's surface. And a foam bubble filter does double duty by both helping keep the tank clean, acting as a bio filter and adding O2. Soak the foam from the filter in some Dr. Tims/BioSpira, etc. for at least a couple of hours. Then add into the tank. It works really well to help with the ammonia problem you are experiencing.Currently just have 1 airstone
Starkii damsel..it's not cheap for a damsel and kind of a pain to find but gorgeous.Side note: that is an awesome looking damsel! Not sure I've seen it before, what kind is it?
