Sick fish??

I have a few clowns my snowflake clown has been laying on the sand at bottom of tank on its side
There is another occilaris that stays close by it and will also lay on its side at times both come up and swim around if I put my hand in tank or net in tank
I just had my water tested and all of my numbers they said were good
Please help
I am so new to this
Is this swim bladder is it pregnant or is it dying??

How long have you had the white one? Do you see white flakes around his head? Does he appear to be scratching himself on the sand?
