I purchased a purple tip anemone 9 days ago. It is open. Boot is orange. The problem is that it is lying on its side. It is not attaching yo anything. It has rolled to a shady corner of the tank. What should I do? Should I use a normal plant grow light on it while it try’s to heal in this shaded corner?

thanks in advance

Welcome to R2R!

Have you tried feeding the anemone?

I would Not use a plant grow light to substitute light. My 240w lights throw down 700 par at 30" of the wrong spectrum for coral.

Rolling indicates possible -too much water flow/current. Any pics under white light you can provide?
