Hey folks - I came home from vacation to a sick tank. No new additions in better than a month. My tang died before I could get him into qt. Now my fox face has these spots and I’m not sure how to treat. I’m wondering if they are nem stings? While I was gone, 1 wk, the ato failed and our house sitter didn’t catch it. It took 6 gallons of RO to fill a nearly dry (gurgling) sump. My tank and sump are ~95 gallons. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to Reef2Reef and sorry for your trouble!

I'd suggest reading through the link below (particularly the "Aquarium Parameters," "Water quality," and "In-depth Information" sections) to figure out what info you can share here with the #fishmedic to get the best diagnosis and treatment advice possible:
Also, for future reference with these sorts of issues, posting in the forum linked below can get you help faster (don't do this this time - this is for future use):

To keep all of the info together, I'm linking the second thread about this issue here:

Thank you all!

I apologize for the two posts. The first was done from my phone and when it didn't appear I re-posted using my computer. Later I found that they were both there - but needed approval and I wasn't successful in deleting the redundant post.

Appreciate the guidance again,

-Matthew
