Silicone Defect - Would you be concerned?

What are your thoughts on this. You can see the lighter region. It's mostly above the upper water line.

if your nail can slip between the silicon and glass at the edge without much resistance, the tank is DONE.
Its only a matter of time b4 the weight of the water will seperate the silicon more and more and then you will have a blow out.

It's not a matter of if it's above the water line or not. It's a matter of the pressure on the panel popping the seam and blowing the panel off because the seam is weak.
 
No not red sea, but a older 50g SCA cube. 24x24x20".

I do think you can get something back there so it is the silicone.

Anyone know of a tank manufacturer that is a similar footprint or guidance on reaealing a tank?
