Single cyst like lump on the tail of my wrasse. It's on the body between the dorsal and anal fins. Sorry for the bad pic. He's very skittish and fast. So far I've treated with 1 dose of PraziPro and it doesn't appear to have any effect at all. It's still the same size and color. Any ideas?

For a single pimple, i would keep an eye on it. What are you feeding the wrasse?
Moreso, water seems cloudy. Assure the water quality is good with low to zero ammonia.

I feed frozen mysis shrimp. I bought him from LA last Friday and he's had it since. The water is actually pretty clear with no ammonia. Just a dirty glass.

Unfortunately, the ammonia badge is rendered useless as it is also intended for freshwater and the API kits are notorious for false readings hence the very low price for a master test kit and has disappointed many reefers. I would suggest taking a water sample to a trusted LFS that does not use API kits for testing and see what readings they come up with.
From the onset, i am suspecting water quality as a cause.
