I bought the fish yesterday along with a coral banded shrimp. The lil guy was out and about last night. I saw the coral banded take a swipe at It yesterday but it was to quick. when I turned the lights out it went in the rocks. Should I worry

No....I wouldn't worry. Sometimes Wrasses can be slow to rise and tend to stay hidden in the rocks until the lights fully come on. A Six Line would be too much for a CBS to handle, IMO....

My buddy has a coral banded as well hes a jerk. He swipes and tries to pinch every fish that swims by sometimes he gets a little snag of a fin, however then seem to coexist just fine. I wouldn't worry too much unless hes getting beat up a lot by this shrimp. What other fish do you have in the tank?

I would not worry. I doubt the CBS could catch it also sixlines will sleep in the rocks. They can form a mucus cocoon to sleep in as well. My six line sleeps in the rocks and is a slow riser as well.
