I'm new to the hobby. Would this skimmer work on a 75 gallon setup? Also do both items include instructions on how to set up lol?

Skimmer would work on a 75g tank, the reactor will not be enough. Instructions can be found online for both items. However, they are really easy to use and setup.

No it does not it’s a hang on back skimmer and this is one of the better ones you can buy.
