Skimmer for 200 + 55 gallon FOWLR tank

I would like to know which of these skimmers I should purchase for my new Tank
its a 200 gallon tank with a 55 gallon sump

Thanks I was reading if the bioload is not high the skimmer wont work efficiently is it true?

I dont belive that is totally true. Is why I have an oversized skimmer on my 600g and only run it a few times per day. I wet skim so it acts sort of like a water changer. SRO7000EXT.
