Skimmer for Refugium for IM20g

I have a 20gallon IM Desktop and considering the newer innovative marine NUVO skimmer or buying a Refugium led and filling one of the chambers with Chateo algae.
Any suggestions? Tank stocking is just a bangai cardinal

IMHO, the skimmer will do more for the small tank than a tiny refugium.

BTW, I have a 16g Rock Flower Anemone breeding tank with just a HOB filter and a Tunze in-tank skimmer. And my water looks just fine. My RFAs even spawned.
