skimmer help for reefer 250

So I'm getting ready for my upgrade on my reefer 170 to a reefer 250
I've not been reefing long only 1y 6month but going well so far. I don't want to use my current skimmer as I'm always having to set it 2" below the tube and if i'm honest I don't like the buzzing noise from it sometimes I have nyos 120. which skimmer would be a good choice for a reefer 250. I did look at the vertex 130 but seen some people say it's not very good. I'm not sure if the 150 will fit or how well that would work as it's rated for bigger tanks. could someone point me on the right direction please.

Check out my build below. Take a look at Red Sea RSK350 skimmer. There is air chamber noise which I have fixed with a replacement 3d printed one. Otherwise, really like this skimmer, large waste cup, body, drain line, viewing window.
