Skimmer not skimming????

I have a CPR bak pak. It skims on the light side normally ubt then it will go a few days without skimming anything at all. Is this normal? There are bubbles going up through the chanber but nothing goes up into the collection cup. I've got it (cup) set all te way down in the bubbles I'm just not sure why it isn't skimming? Any thoughts :confused:

If you had an AquaC Remora Pro like I do, I'd say thats normal :lol:

Try raising the collection cup. The bubbles may be too wet to rise up the neck and into the cup.

what pump are you using on it?

the best pump i used in the past for it was the rejuvinating veture rio 600

there is a new pump ---266 GPH Accela Pump Modifed for Bakpak Skimmers

Its the same pump that came with it. A rio I think...

I'll try raising it pu to try and catch only the top bubbles.
