Skimmer outside air intake

Hey y’all

I have a skimz sk204 and I’d like to put an outside airline in to raise my PH. The issue I want to work out is how to get it in - my skimmer has 2 very small air intake holes and a thumb screw to regulate intake - anyone done this before?

Remove the silencer and step up the airline to something larger with a fitting or connector appropriate for whatever larger tubing/pipe you use.

Ok and just use the other whatsit to control the water level?

Yeah, I’m not familiar with that specific model skimmer but with the type of skimmer the air input shouldn’t have much impact on water level.
