Skimmer Overflowing

Hi All,

My skimmer keeps over flowing even when the intake of fully open. Any ideas on how to remedy this? It’s an RS-100 and an icecap skimmer

Does it bubble? Maybe too deep into the water? Hard to see water level from the pic. Most skimmers are in the 7-9 inch range, but some can be picky even if manual states 7-9 inches.

I shut it off but yes it bubbles, I can try taking some of the water out of the sump to see if that helps
