Skimmer shut off

So, I have my skimmer differed to 30 mins, for when I need to do maintaince I just pull a float switch from the ATO and it turns off the skimmer for me

I started Dosing Red sea reef energy, and from feed mode C, would like to have the skimmer turn off for one hour total time, how do I set that up?

Also is there anyway for feed mode C, to come on at the same time everyday?
