Skimmer stopping and starting randomly?!

I have the bubble magus curve 5, and it is randomly starting and stopping, is it broken? I have taken apart, nothing blocked.

Is there something I am doing or missing? Anyone had this before?

Is it on a controller? Sounds like the power is dropping and restarting, perhaps a short or loose internal connnection? It's not behaving properly, for sure.

Did you use Silicone Lube on any parts, plumbing/tubing on your Aquarium? Does your Wife, Daughters use Hairspray? LOL Silicone Lube, will make your Skimmer act weird.
