Hi everybody I’m new to the hobby and decided to start with the fluval Evo 13.5, not because of the prices I decided to go with it since an don’t have much space for a bigger aquarium which by the way is the the cycling process! Anyway I’m planning on have some clowns and other fish which I don’t know yet so suggestions are accepted, maybe an anemone in the near future, a clean up crew (don’t decide yet which to include so recommendations are accepted) and some soft like zoas, gsp, pulsing Xenia, ricordea among others and some LPS like hammer, candy cane, Duncan, frogspawn. Which I don’t know if my set up is too much, obviously I’ll be introducing them little by little , but that what I get in mind! So back at the point I’m trying to get, since I plane on having a big load in the tank I was thinking on getting a skimmer to reduce waste, but I’ve read many negative reviews on the fluval mini skimmer and I came across the sicce shark bono skimmer 150, which I think would be great but I can’t find anywhere if it’d fit into the first chamber of my tank! Does anybody have this skimmer and tell me if it’s a good addition to the tank and if I could fit into the fluval Evo! Hope I can find some help here! Thanks in advance

If you're open to an alternative I'd recommend making your water changes as easy as possible. I ran a skimmer on a 22 gallon and found it to be more of a pain than it was worth. I took out the skimmer and now just do very regular water changes with salt that is similar in major levels (alk, Ca, mG) to what I target in the tank.
