In an effort to get as much electrical away from the sump I got a piece of PVC board and some cabinet hardware to make a sliding equipment rack that hides behind the tank. I just wish I put this in before the tank.
Next step is to make a thin cover out of plexi in case of splashes for the rack and the powerstrip on the other side.
All power goes through a GFCI prior to getting distributed.

In addition I added a new TPLink WIFI power strip that tracks power usage and individually controls each outlet, we will see how this does for a little. If power goes out it defaults back to the last powered state. You can also program individual timers for each plug. Not bad for $70.

Let me know of any thoughts or issues you see.

When the power goes out and then back on again, does the TPLink power bar default to and on or off state?

Each outlet will be in whatever state it was in prior to power loss unless on a timer
