Water parameters are dkh 10; ph 8.1;Ca 425; n03 o; P04 0. You can see by the pic of the aquarium that I have no algae growing anywhere so I’m confident about the phosphate reading. Any info is appreciated.

Its hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a bacteria bloom like you would see from excess carbon dosing.I noticed this jelly looking stuff on my rock today. Is this a natural occurrence or something to be concerned about? It sways slightly in the current like jelly or slime.

It isn't uncommon to see something like this if you burn candles or use air freshener near your tank. Lots of other possible sources, too.
Is it something that is going to run it’s course and be done with or am I going to have to do something about it? I’m leaning very strongly towards the scented candles because I don’t carbon dose, but my wife has those scented wax deals with the light underneath around the house. Its hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a bacteria bloom like you would see from excess carbon dosing.

Those are likely the cause. Normally it won't have a negative impact on the tank as long as you run a skimmer so you get good air exchange. If it gets really bad it can make the water cloudy and drop O2 levels. Is it something that is going to run it’s course and be done with or am I going to have to do something about it?
