LHi! My sump is covered with this slimy substance, and when touched slightly, it breaks apart and goes into the aquarium, sticking to the corals. How can I clean this? What is it? Could you help me?

Turn off return pump to aquarium and then siphon out the gunk.

this happened to me when there was no surface agitation in my tank, try adding some pump that will stir up the top layer of water so it breaks up. at first it will get on corals and stuff, which is fine, but it will not come back if the surface is constantly agitated.

finally was able to watch video and that's definitely bacterial mulm. small pump will help in that low flow area.
