Small chip in side of tank

Hello,
I have noticed a small chip in the side of my fish tank. Does anyone know if it will affect the use of the tank?

Anytime there is damage to the glass it increases the risk, but a "clamshell" chip is often considered mostly ok if it is shallow and not at a stress point.
