Small chip/scratch on used aquarium

Hello I have a used aquarium and today I notice this little bubble like chip/scratch ins the inside . By putting my finger I barely fill it . I believe this happens because of magnetic cleaner .
Is it still safe to use ?

If it is very shallow and not near a seam, it is unlikely to be a problem.
