I saw the outlet siphon but honestly the picture isn't great. Can you try again and put an arrow at what you are referring to as a hole

Can you get some better pictures? If it looks like the hole I highlighted on mine it’s normal.

Looks like your shrimp is a Blood Shrimp. Don't really know if he is the culprit or not. Watch him anyway to make sure he is innocent. I had a Peppermint shrimp, who got exiled to the sump, that was a terror. He was to blame for many deaths of snails and LSP corals. He was a killer of the night time. I'm sure if if still had him no clam could of survived.

You can get filters or try putting a set of sunglasses in from of the lens. Polarized blue blocker or similar if you have them around.

Ok. I see what you are looking at. Is the blue mantle completely missing or just white in color? Both are problems but no color may be recoverable. Completely missing tissue is a serious problem!
I feel like something is there, but hard to see by eye. Maybe an invisible layer ?

Well, I'd say that is significantly better than missing mantle. I'm not sure honestly. I searched a bit and a few said light damage, a few said not enough light, and a few said it could be a normal color for a weird clam.

I didn't see it in the original picture but it could just be the angle. If it was there, it might be a weird clam. If not and it appeared, what is your lighting situation? Are these the lights? https://m.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=25292 If not, can you link to them and share duration, intensity, par if measured, acclimation to light? How close to centered under the LED puck is the clam?

So is my light to week? I have the 27 inch razor the one that cost $510. I believe it's either 160 or 180 watts which is suppose to be better then 400watt MH. I'm running about 90% on the blues and about 65 percent on the whites. I want as open till today when I moved it from the sand bed to a rock. Then it moved on it's own a little bit and stayed I was happy with the position. Oh and i forgot to mention i did burp it also. Well I went through the motions there was no air trapped.

If it was really a hole, then that's not a good sign, that could be a bacterial infection eating it away. If the spots are just pale, then either the clam is bleaching out, or if the clam is really small, then the tissue is very thin, so it can be translucent sometimes.

I just hope it's very thin

Try turning your lights down some.. try 70-80% blue and 20% white, you may be bleaching it from to much white light.
