Small frag rack light

I'm looking for a low cost strip or bar style light to supplement a frag rack in a dark spot to the side of an aquarium. Were talking a 4"x10-12" coverage area. Any suggestions? Does anyone make 5050 or similar LED strip lights in the correct spectrum with actinic? (the kind that comes an a roll)
