Small LED emitter panels, who makes them?

I lost the manufacturers of LED lights that use small (many 1W or less) emitter panels for Reef lighting.
Think there was a French company and one in Germany..
Anyone have info?

You could try some royal blue LED strips sold in rolls and cut them to what you need. Same LEDs.....

Thanks but looking for retail products for some "research" on 100's small emitters vs dozens of larger ones..
I remember specifically 2 companies that tried this..
