Smart plug adjustable by the second?

Anyone know of one? I don't need anything compatible with Alexa other home automation system. i just need an app so I can set it turn on for xx minutes and xx seconds. I have a brs 1ml minute doser I want to set up to dose AFR.

I am about to do the exact same thing with a BRS doser. I thought about using a digital timer though.

I may end up going that route. I have a timer that does second adjustments but its a bit if a hassle to set up.
